Foresight | 展望

2021 is an amazing year. We are still suffering from the effects of COVID-19 this year with intermittent MCO status. But this didnt become a stumbling block for us, and even we made full use of this time to complete more marketing platforms. At the same time, due to the human affairs issue, we followed Daniel Yap joined the big family of U+ Plus Realty which founded by Waune Leong. In 2021, while creating a performance of 40 million sales, I even leapfrogged to become the Group Manager and created 5 leaders and together created a group performance of nearly 100 million group sales. DWG is clinching the championship title and achieving the strongest team in 2022.

2021年，是奇妙的一年。这一年我们依然遭受着COVID-19的影响，断断续续的MCO状态。可是这并没成为我们的绊脚石甚至我们充分的利用这段时间把更多营销平台完整化, 同时呢, 由于人事上的关系也随着Daniel Yap 加入了属于Waune Leong 的 U+ Plus Realty 的大家庭继续奋斗。2021创造了四千万业绩的同时正式越级成为了Group Manager并打造了5位领导并一起创造了接近一亿的团队业绩。在2022年斩获冠军宝座！成就最强团队

Breakthrough | 突破

2020 is a year full of challenges. A 2019 epidemic has spread to this year, and it has caused an MCO status for nearly half a year, and many plans disrupted. Dickson also collect his thoughts during the MCO period and studied harder. Fortunately, Dickson still pushed his sales to the highest peak of the company in such a turbulent year. In 2020, he created 46 million personal sales, and recruited more than ten comrades to create a total team and created 74 million group sales meanwhile proud to recognized by company in 2021.

2020年，是充满挑战的一年。一场2019疫情蔓延至今年然而导致了接近半年的MCO状态，许多的计划都会打乱。Dickson也在MCO期间沉淀而且更加努力的学习，非常幸运的在这如此动荡的一年Dickson依然把销售业绩推至全公司最高峰。2020年创造了四千六百万的业绩，并且招募了十人以上的战友创造了总共七千四百万的团队业绩并且在2021年被公司正式认可。

Transform | 蜕变

Later by chance of coincidence, Dickson has met the founder of IPG United - Wayne Leong and the Rawang area Specialist - Daniel Yap, that who brought him into the IPG Malaysia's big family. In end of year 2019, Dickson has created a RM8million sales within 3 months and proud to recognized by IPG Malaysia in 2020. Meanwhile, he has helped more than 20 customers to buy their ideal property, it included own-stay buyers and investors as well.

后来，Dickson在机缘巧合下遇见了IPG United的创办人Wayne Leong 以及万绕区域专家 Daniel Yap 进而加入了IPG Malaysia的大家庭。在2019年的年尾Dickson在IPG Malaysia 短短的3个月内创造了八百万的业绩并且在2020年被IPG Malaysia认可！同时亦协助了超过20名顾客购买他们的理想房产，当中有自住也有投资者。

Growth | 成长

While Dickson was studying Bachelor in Quantity Surveying (Honors) at TARUC, he also part-time at Chester Venture Berhad, learning about Real Estate. In the year 2019, he finished his bachelor's degree and finally became a full-time Property Consultant which was recognized by Chester. During the year, training provided by the Company and accumulated sales experiences has made Dickson know better about customers and investors' need and market trend.

Dickson在就读于拉曼大学学院主修建筑材料测量师文凭学位同时在Chester Venture Berhad兼职，学习房地产知识。于2019年，他完成了学士学位后就全职在Chester正式成为一名受公司认可的房产顾问。在这一年里，公司所给予的培训以及所累积的销售经验让Dickson更理解顾客与投资者的需求、市场的走向。

Change| 改变

In 2022, it was a year of "change." Dickson emerged as the youngest supreme leader in the company, holding the unique distinction of advancing from a real estate consultant to the highest echelon of leadership—Real Estate Consultant > Emerging Leader > Senior Leader > Supreme Leader. Simultaneously, Dickson transformed from an individual achiever into a leader focused on team success.

Throughout the year, Dickson dedicated efforts to optimize every detail within the team. This included setting clear directions, enhancing mutual trust among team members, gaining deeper insights into each team member, establishing a core team, implementing a comprehensive training system for the entire team, and solidifying the excellent culture of the team. These efforts planted the seeds of hope for a hundred-person team, nourished by the most stable foundation. Gratitude is extended to every teammate for their companionship and contributions, paving the way for the team to claim the championship in sales in 2023!

2022年, 是“改变”的一年。Dickson是公司里唯一最年轻的至尊领导同时也是唯一从房产顾问三连跳级至公司最高的至尊领导 - 房产顾问>新晋领导>资深领导>至尊领导。同时Dickson也从个人荣耀逐渐改变成为成就团队。这一年Dickson极力优化整个团队的每一个细节，其中包括确定方向，提高团队彼此的信任度，更加深入了解团队的每一位，成立了核心团队，设置整个团队的培训系统当然巩固了整个团队的优良文化等等。为迈向百人团队种下希望的种子，施于最稳基础的肥料！也感恩每一位队友的陪伴与贡献成就2023年的团队销售冠军宝座！

Digging | 钻研

In 2018, in addition to pursuing a Degree in quantity surveying at the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, Dickson also worked part-time as a real estate consultant at Chester Venture Berhad. Balancing both roles, he managed to devote his weekends and extracurricular time to these two distinct positions. While he may not have achieved outstanding results at Chester at the moment, his wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry and sales is undoubtedly substantial.

2018年, Dickson 除了在拉曼大学学院修读建筑材料测量师文凭学位也在Chester Venture Berhad 兼职房地产顾问运用周末及课外时间同时兼顾两个不同的身份。虽然当下并没有在Chester 创下任何非常优秀的成绩可是在房地产行业与销售方面的知识可谓是满满当当
